By downloading, installing, or using Spend AI – Billionaire Simulator (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.
The App may offer in‑app purchases (IAP) and/or auto‑renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features. All purchases are processed by the applicable app marketplace (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the marketplace.
Restore Purchases: On supported platforms, previously purchased non‑consumable items and active subscriptions can be restored via the in‑app “Restore Purchases” option. Consumable items (e.g., coin packs) are not restorable.
Any virtual currency, items, or progress have no real‑world monetary value, are non‑transferable, and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time to maintain game balance or comply with policies.
We may provide updates, bug fixes, and feature changes from time to time. The App is provided on an “as available” basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that errors will be corrected immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary for security, stability, or policy compliance.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or province/territory of residence, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
